6 Months Old

Baby Erin is 6 months old already!

----Errr... she's actually almost 6 months and 2 weeks. This post has been sitting as a draft for the past 1.5 weeks. Better publish this before she turns 7 months. Was initially waiting for the video clip of Item 2 below from my sis's camera ----

About Her:

1. Weight: approx 7.5kg.

2. She can creep pretty far and fast now! No problem moving from one end of the living room to the other if we put a toy to entice her.
I am mighty impressed with this new skill @ 6 months old !!!!
---Will upload the video of her creeping in another post ---

3. She still can't sit up on her own.
I guess different kids are just different. At 6 months old, Elyssa jie jie could sit stably on her own, but she started creeping much later.

4. I love it that she's such a smiley and good natured baby.
For eg, took her to a nearby night market recently and it was so hot that she was practically drenched with her own sweat BUT she still smiled when we smiled at her and even fell asleep in her daddy's arms.

5. Gulps down her milk (5 or 6 oz, depending on whether breast milk or formula) in just a few minutes. He he.... got greedy genes :)

Well done baby Erin!! N will creep forward too if there are stuff he wants like our phone or the remote etc.. He normally creep on the bed or his little area with padding. He don't get to creep downstairs as I have three dogs and I havent baby proof the house.

Have you started Erin on solids? What time does Erin go to bed? I'm so very nervous on how N will be when we go home next week with the time change and busy schedule at night since his bed time now is between 7-8pm!

Btw do you know on top of your head how much is mummy poko and how many diapers are there?

Thanks!
